Not a teenager anymore

Ever since I was a teen I've had acne problems. I don't usually get a lot at once but when I do it's always a huge one near my mouth or nose. I haven't tried any exposed acne solutions or anything, they usually clear up just from keeping my face clean, but it is kind of annoying that I'm almost 30 and I still have teenage acne problems.
