Remodel Needed

We really want to remodel our kitchen someday. When that day comes, it's going to be a major remodel. The kitchen hasn't been updated in years, outside of some new paint. We really want to replace the flores and the counter tops. We're not going to do anything really fancy like zero radius sinks or anything. We just want to update the kitchen and get it into the 21st century. Most of the kitchen is still in the 80's.
