Family Moving, Sort Of

The last couple of days I have been helping my father-in-law move some of his stuff out of his house. He is losing his house and just wants to find a place for him, which will probably mean an apartment. He needs some space to store some of the stuff that is at the house. So, I volunteered to store all his tools and camping gear at our house. He said we can use any of it we want. What I worry about is that we will be holding onto this stuff forever. Beleive me, I don't want to have a packed house unless the stuff packed in the house is all mine or my family's.
