Eating healthy isn't exactly hard, but food that isn't necessarily good for you looks and smells so good. I swear it happens every day. I'm exercising at work and on the tv in front of me, a food commercial plays. It happens a lot and the food looks really good, especially since I'm exercising and I haven't eaten lunch yet. Perhaps we should do what the cartoon says. We should shape healthy food to look like unhealthy food. Perhaps then, we will be enticed to eat healthier.
