One of the great things about my job is the benefits package. For all of their employees, they give free medical, dental, and vision insurance. It's great insurance, too. And there is no deductibles, except for a 50 dollar deductible on dental, but other than that, it's all free. The medical even covers all of prenatal care except an initial 15 dollar co-pay and 10 percent of the hospital charge. In addition, they also give you about 3 weeks vacation in the first year, and the time amount accumulates. And they offer flex time, which means you can be in anytime before 9 and leave anytime after 3. It truly is a great place to work. I just wish my last employer did this. That way, I wouldn't have had to move.
